[BUG] Charge - No Damage/No Knockback

Maybe 1 in 10 charges will move me past the target and no damage or knockback registers.

I'm aware of charges that fall just short by several pixels, so I'm just highlighting the times I do move through and past the target.

+1 for charge could use some love.
