help with quests

I was wondering if there is a help guide for some of the quests. I'm stuck on the poisoned river quest. I figured you have to go to the town of Solliger above New Arthur town, but can't seem to get there.

The Wiki is you're go to source for most (if not all) basic questions. Just be careful not to spoiler the game too much
