Can anyone say to me how to complete the quest "the Mathrisian codex" because i found the petrified skeleton but nothing happens when i talk with the girl that gave me the quest.

Codex is in SE corner of map. Look for the rock that is a different color than the rest.

You have to pass awareness check when examining the corpse.
You'll find a clue which will point you in the right direction. ;)
