Rhoneis: 14
Fogas: 15

The TH quests are limited, maybe I should add more but there should be enough to achieve the only required reputation levels (buy house and access HoW)

Are TH quests distributed by town or by kingdom (e.g. would a specific quest show up only in Nivirian or any of the towns in Ilmara)?

Curious, did this get resolved? I have a different but related problem that after an in-game month of sleeping, moving between the 3 Ilmara towns, going to other lands and completing a TH Quest there, coming back, I get only witch quests now in Ilmara. I see the TH quests change in Ilmara periodically, but I don't get the neutral ones anymore, and I don't want my Varannari rep to go down, but I am stuck at 33 rep for Ilmara. I see the Ilmarian quests are "limited" so does that mean they don't cycle back through for repeatable quests? I thought all TH quests were endless, meaning they eventually come back again.

So I just figured out that hag th quests don't reduce Varannari rep, so I suppose my post is moot

For more variety, you could make some missions about escorting someone from Town A to Town B and being attacked by bandits in the way.
