Level 25 warrior about to level up to 26. I have 3 unused trait points and 2 skill points now so when I level up I'll have to decide what to spend them on along with the level bonus points. I had Flurry and a juiced (Fury and Flurry active) DPS of 106.4 (using Nanocarbon sword) , but I reset my advanced skills and traits and no longer have Flurry or a high enough Agility. I do think I have it saved in a save slot with those traits and skills and will try to grab some screen shots. I am considering resetting things again to get Flurry and see if I can get my juiced DPS over 100 again. My 'normal' DPS now is 61.2 and in the old save it was only 44, so juiced it should exceed 106 by quite a bit.

At Lvl 26 and a stacked DPS of 144.9 with Fury II, Flurry III activated, and potion of Giant Strength. This was after resetting my advanced skills and traits once more (cost is up to 70k now). My base DPS is now 59.1, .3 lower than my previous post, but the stacked DPS is much higher because of how I reset my traits and skill points.

I think I am going to play with my Lvl 19 cleric but I'm also intrigued by the new mage class. For some reason the cleric doesn't seem as fun as my warrior. What do people think of cleric vs. mage?

So I'm the kind of person who actually enjoys the grind, and I like to set arbitrary (but rather useless) goals for myself. I decided I wanted to max out all warrior skills and make the Ultimate Warrior. Recently I hit a small milestone of level 30 and felt like sharing. Here's my fully buffed up Warrior and his DPS of 186.3 in all its glory.

If anyone's wondering how I grind, I basically hang out at the 2nd floor of the Sewer of Horrors (the one with the bed) with a bunch of XP scrolls. I start at the bed and I go to the Red Dragons, killing them and anything in my path towards them, especially those Iron Golems for that sweet 650XP per kill. I try to stay low on HP so my Fury is active for as much as possible for faster clears. Then once I've killed the Dragons I run back to the bed, heal up and repeat. One run usually takes 4 minutes (I timed it lol) and nets me an average of 20k XP, give or take, so this is a steady 300k XP per hour (roughly 3 hours per level) as well as a good way to farm Red Dragons for rare rumor boss loot. I've gotten so many of those yellow potions right now and man are they great, sometimes heal me like 500HP lol.

Awesome, I may have to try the sewer grind, I was just running through the sunken citadel and the Maze of Lamth Lvl 2 on a specific path.

I think I'm going to switch to my cleric character for now. I have completed all the quests with my lvl 26 warrior but not my cleric. I sort of want to try the mage character but can't fathom starting a new game like that.

Sunken Citadel is decent-ish. Much slower than the sewer though, go there instead. As for starting a new game, I've already made characters for all my classes, I think I'll start working through them little by little once I've maxed out my Warrior or simply get bored of the grind, though I doubt I'll get bored since levels come rather fast and with levels comes progress - and progress is fun. I'd love to max out all my traits too but I don't think that's feasible even with reaching level 100 lmao, though I really want to max out my Endurance.

Actually level 100 is 43 trait points short of maxing all traits, and a good chunk of that can be gotten from guaranteed tolassian tomes. Level 104 is where you'd be able to max all traits if you got no random tolassian tomes during that time.

Btw, do you know if you can buy Scrolls of Greater Wisdom anywhere?

I could have sworn I've seen some of them from a merchant somewhere, but can't recall where. For mine I never actually bought them, I saved like 10, went to the sewers and then the dragons basically dropped them often enough for me to never run out lol.

Yes, it is impossible to max all traits even with level 100. You get 4 trait points (TP in future) at the beginning, you get 2 for each level till L13 (or L14?, not sure at the moment), and then 3 TP per level.

So, we have about 290TPs from leveling. And there are tomes, not sure how many (about 10 or so).

For trait level of 10 we need 55TPs. So, we should have 330TPs, but it is unachievable at the moment. But, we can have 5 traits at 10. Of course, if we achieve L100.

There's definitely more than 10 tomes. I've gotten at least 6-7 in the Sewer of Horrors, then if I remember each Ruby Key Boss dropped a tome (so that's another 6), and then they're also randomly found in all these tombs. I'd argue there's nearly 25 of them or so.
