0 Hp on Ironman mode is got to be a nail bitter... even a goblin's fart could ruin a lot of play time.

I've seen Companion's respawn with 0 hp before (rarely, and seems to correct quickly) but not the main character.

Do you recall how much mana you had prior to intervention?

If you have ZERO mana, would Intervention revive with 0 HP? Or is there a minimal revive HP?

My guess is that the trap gave so much damage that even the intervention hp was drained. If it doesn't work like that (Intervention adds hp after damage is applied already) Then it might be a glitch with the gear added hp.

That might be one way to achive 0hp but I don't think I had 0 mana because I only had one skill and I take care to have more then half mana every time.
