Female characters and dialogue mistakes

Last week I created a new character to play cleric for the first time and I decided to use female character. I realized that some quests has dialogue mistakes. Like Lady Laenna's quests. We can still choose the "one night of love" option. Or The Princess of the Sea quest. We can flirt with Elleira. (In wiki it says only male characters but it's not.)

This is not a support issue. If your character isn't attracted to a given NPC, simply don't choose those options. For the most part the game isn't aware of the player's gender at all, and it's not something I consider doing as it would involve a huge effort.
