Arena still not working?

I downloaded the recent update that should have added the arena but it still says something about it being unavailable due to technical issues.
And yes I've restarted my device since the update.

It only becomes available after completing the Web of Terror quest.

Oh I didn't see anything in-game indicating that. Thanks for letting me know.
