Very rare (rarer than a Lich) monster that appear in each area based on a real world urban legend or cryptid. Inspired by the re-occurring reference to the Invisible Swamp Donkey on this thread.

Ideas:
Invisible Swamp Donkey in the swamps of the Trollfins
Big Foot in the Fogas Forrest
Lock Ness Monster in the Lake Nivar
Jackalope around Freetown

The legendary giant from Great Inori should rise once again.
Giant Yeti on further north of Wyvern Mountains
Molthen pheonix on Ashen Waste
And Giant Turtle near Isle of Serpent (only appears after your 365th day playing)

So thats where swamp donkey came from. I never knew until i retook quest Odd Couple, no wonder why said to myself, "I heard that swamp donkey somewhere before."
