I already completed the quest: Three versus Eleven and the Dead God, but Bishop Bareid dont want teach me Battle Prayer =(.... is this a bug ?

Do your Cleric fills the prerequisites concerning skills and traits to learn these 2 advanced skills?
And i think you dont need to make part of the Three guild to learn them in Nivaria.

Archbishop Dilla teachs this same 2 skills as Bareid. Have you already talked to her? She is in Nilvaria Hall of Winsdow too
