Adaon Disarm traps?

Hey is there any way to get my companion Adaon to Disarm traps? I've tried asking him but he doesn't seem to have the option.

He automatically does it when the chance is 65% or higher

In the future, I'll allow you to ask him to.

so I have to get his chance to 65%, any pointers as to what makes this rating happen? I just leveled him up and want to take advantage the points

Should be the same as building a rogue out to get that percentage higher. Trap Skill as high as you can, Perception, Intelligence, and Agility. Dungeoneering for finding them in the first place. If you click the little "i" in the ability box it gives you info on what the stat does.

Since I am running an archer / burglar I just have him built out as an assassin type so my build for him is very much different.
