Bug...?

There's some serious issue with my character. I download the app recentely and today I download the actualization but when i change from are it takes me to LVL1 and all my items disappear ):
I try to reload and it works but this time just don't... ):

Reset to level 1 and losing all items usually happens with cheated saved games (edited, with hacks, etc) or when using a non-official version of the game. Is this the case? The data gets corrupted by these unofficial modification of the saved data.

Not my case. I bought the game (again, 'cuz I lost my old google account) :c

Did you use an editor of some sort to add gold or XP?

This has happened before a few times, and that was always the cause. Or sometimes people download from the internet a save game with lots of gold, but it is also corrupted.
