Did someone kill the prince of evil?

31st level is a bit too much for my 24th level arcane knight wizard. And taking 5 + levels without quests or bosses is boring
Any special loot from it?

He has 2h sword for arcane knights
Just take like 20 resurect scrolls with you and let grisenda kill him, as long as you dont come close to him , he cant paralyze you and thats it, its way easier to do it with normal mage, but you can still shoot him with stuning wand.

He drops fire greatsword and shock dirk.

Arcane blade (shock, fire, cold) is only for light and hand weapons not 2 handed. Vampiric blade allows 2 hand weapons that deal death damage only.

Demonclaw is a step up to Rancor and cruelty.


And yes a 24 level arcane knight could take him out.

Hmm , so 2 hand weapon isnt hand weapon? Interesting. Maybe desrciption of this skill could use some improvement. Because its a bit radiculous.Same as saying that when you are buying footwear , you can only wear one shoe.

The ambiguity with "hand weapon" referring to a 1-Hand weapon, not all melee weapons is known. Ideally, the game and the Wiki could be updated with more precise language. The game tries to be consistent and efforts have been made for the Wiki to be clear on that point.

Obviously, it's still possible to for a player to be confused on that point.
