Family share

The description in the App Store says this game supports Family Sharing, but I’m having trouble getting my subscription. Onto my sons device. Any suggestions?

Sometimes re-setting the login details will refresh the account details to reflect the most current status. Have you tried logging out, restarting the device and logging back in? Log-out of the service, not just your phone.
