Temple of the Sleepers quest help

Not sure if this is correct thread, but I'd like to ask one thing about Temple of The Sleepers. All the time I'll leave one of the "part" of the dungeon and go outside the entire dungeon resets, same for the outside. So I have to fight all the way out, then again all the way in and again. Not possible to clean one area and just focus on levers. I am just slow, is this part of getting quest hard or I've hot a bug?
