It is to fight with the lvl 99(maximum) dimensional parasite. To make the horror lvl 99, follow this.

1. Win the debate, but not smash him by pointing 9-10
2. Then Valeran and a forsaken lady help you.
3. When they are used as meat shields, move down out of the parasite sight, and wait.
4. After killed forsakens, avoiding aggro, watch the parasite like these images.
5. Wait until lvl 99, and fight!

Its damage can be checked by this video.

So if those things do about 300 hp of damage, there is a chance? I can see a character with over 4000 hps, and a potion could cure up to 2000 hp.

There is a potion which could do that, Potion of Lesser Restoration heals 50% no matter how much hp in total you have. But to get 4k hp should be impossible...

Lore-wise it's meant to keep growing to the size of mountains and to irradiate deadly energy. I figured that size and level was enough... I sincerely doubt any character can deal with the lvl 99 parasite. By the point it reaches level 40 it should be unbeatable.

Seems hard but not impossible. Frequency of his attacks is 1,2Hz this means he will hit once every ~0,83s (let's make it 0,8s this would give frequency of 1,25Hz) considering he will deal 300dmg with every hit and won't crit/paralyze (which is pretty much impossible) u would need to tank 3-4 hits 1-2k hp (on cleric ofc) should be enough.

My lvl 31 warrior has 1200 hp so 4K+ should be attainable for a maxed out character. The lesser restoration potions should do the trick in staying alive. A maxed player should have over a thousand of them after doing farming in SoH, assuming they are getting the levels without cheating. Certainly the cleric route is also viable. How much HP and armor do those lvl99 parasites have?

Unbeatable, where have we heard that before? Wasn't the unweakened undermother also unbeatable? Or slaying the entire forsaken at once? And all of those battles have been won before by dedicated players.

I'm pretty sure that if you give it hitpoints, someone somewhere will find a way to kill it somehow.

With a cleric it's all about timing and luck, you can use intervention, than it has to hit you at least twice. If you have the right timing hit, use mana pot, hit and so on and you have enough luck not to get paralyzed, you should be able to kill it, but it could take a while so better be prepared ;)

Assuming that the stat progression doesn't change above level 30, a level 99 parasite should have the following combat stats.
HP: 7039, Armor: 110, Damage: 300-330, DPS: 383.9

For comparison, at level 40 it should be like this.
HP: 2496, Armor: 51, Damage: 123-153, DPS: 168.8
