Will it be possible to create armor from troll skin and will there be any skill with armors added, I mean creating

Short Answer: No, you just get to choose one piece.
Long Answer: The crafting aspect of the game (trollskin, drake scales etc) was never implemented, It --might-- get added in a future update in the years ahead, but don't hold your breath.
