Walkthrough=#Congratulations, you've completed The Shards of Fate quest!
#A few days after completing The Shards of Fate you receive a magical letter alerting you that Tremadan's Ghostly Figure has discovered new information and that you should return to the Tower of Tremadan as soon as possible.
#This conversation with Ghostly Figure is your only chance to learn about your true heritage by passing an Intellect 5 check. Additionally, you can pass an Intellect 2 check to learn more about how to find the Ark.
#Talk to Captain Dorse in Friguld to reach Dragon Coast.
#As you traverse your way down the Dragon Coast you will be confronted by sir Valeran, a Forsaken member. This interaction may result in a fight that can be avoided by passing Intellect 3 and Intellect 5 checks or by simply running away from him. Your choices here will influence future events. The land ahead is Southern Dragon Mountains guarded by Zealots and even further you will pass through the Ashen Wastes, a radioactive land patrolled by mutated Ashen Minotaurs. You will eventually reach the Sunken Citadel where you must solve a puzzle dungeon in order to gain access to the Ark. If you manage to kill The Underking a shortcut beacon between Northern Inori and the Ark will be unlocked.
# Once inside the Ark, you need to pass a security barrier that allows entrance to your character only, meaning in order to proceed, your companion is sent back home . Your initial enemies will be Steel Spider and Steel Wizard. At first your main goal will be to collect four colored key cards (Blue, Red, Orange, Green). There are 4 computer terminals that require entering these cards in the proper sequence (each terminal requiring a small Ancient Battery to power the terminal). If the correct card sequence is entered, a barrier is lowered. If the sequence is entered incorrectly, you receive a shock and take lightning damage.
# The first card you will be able to find is Blue. It’s in a corpse on the floor of the third room in the eastern corridor. At the end of this same corridor, in the northeast corner, there’s a machine which can convert 5 small batteries into 1 large battery. You need at least 2 large batteries to complete the main quest, meaning you have to collect at least 10 small batteries from loots or crates and convert them into their larger versions. Rarely, a crate or enemy may drop a large battery. Once in possession of the Blue Keycard, head west until you reach a room blocked by a barrier, which is the entrance to the western corridor. In this room you will first encounter machine racks, which rebuilds machine creatures upon destruction, after a period of time. Access the computer terminal and it will require the sequence: Authentication. Insert the Blue Keycard to lower the barrier. There is a secret door in the southern part of this hallway, in which the Red Keycard can be found. Now go back and access the computer next to the remaining barrier. It will require the sequence: Authentication, Validation. Insert Blue Keycard and then the Red Keycard. In a room that appears to have long rows of computer servers, you will find the Orange Keycard in a corpse on floor. Now proceed towards the northwest corner of the level where there is a barrier that can be unlocked with the sequence: Validation, Confirmation, Authentication. Insert the Red, Orange and then Blue Keycard. Continue past the lowered barrier where you will find two staircases. Head upstairs .
# When you find the Oracle upstairs, use a large battery. Interact with the Oracle and he tells you that the Ark is actually a Space Ship manned by an alien race called Muud'ari that crashed on this planet a long time ago. He also informs you that recent intruders opened a dimensional wormhole which he fears may destroy the Ark. However, since the wormhole is located in an Escape Pod, he plans to detach the Pod from the ship sending it towards the space, but to do so requires your help to activate the Ark’s Emergency Reactor in the lower deck. He warns you that this task requires one large battery and gives you the password to access the Reactor floor.
# From the upper level, take the downstairs twice until you reach the reactor level. This floor is contaminated with radiation so use appropriate anti-rad protection. Use the password given to you by the Oracle to lower the barrier. Find the reactor, a large yellow machine, and activate it using a large battery. In the reactor room you will also find the Green Keycard in a corpse on the floor. Return to the Oracle. This time he sends you to the upper deck to retrieve the Control Module and insert it back in the Main Computer in the Command Bridge. If you pass an Intellect check you are granted +1 skill point.
# Go back to the room with rows of computers on the first floor. The last barrier, that gives access to the elevator, will require one final sequence. Once all of the barriers have been lowered, the cards will be removed from your inventory.
#-- (Optionally) -- in this same room, you will encounter a terminal that appears to be dim. If if's fed a battery, it will come to life and display info about the existence of the Horrors, Dimensional Parasites capable of devastating planets that are released whenever a wormhole is opened. If you pass an Intellect 2 check, the terminal will spit out a Data Pad with info on it.
# Once you go up the elevator your game will automatically be saved, loading that save will put you before having used the elevator. From this point on scrolls of recall won't work and going back down the elevator will result in a bad ending. You either have to complete the quest... or die trying. You may have to restore a previously saved game. In the beginning of the upper level, there’s a trap set on floor that can be bypassed by finding a secret passage.
#-- (Optionally) -- in northwest, you will find a Pointy Tool in a secret room. If in possession of the Pointy Tool and you access the medical bay terminal and pass an Awareness 5 check, you will learn that achieving immortality also comes with side effects.
#-- (Optionally) -- in the northeast, you will find Amarisa trapped in a cell. There’s a secret door in the wall behind her where you can activate a terminal that releases her. Once she is free, you will have to choose: to send her back home, run away together, or have her join you. You may free her any time before entering Command Bridge.
# Access to the Command Bridge is granted by a password, found on a document hidden in a secret room towards the southwest. In this room there is also a chest that contains the Control Module. Once you enter the Command Bridge, a barrier will be materialize behind you preventing you from leaving.
# Proceed fully into the room and you will find the members of the Forsaken have gathered. They’re actually descendants of the Muud’ari who survived the Ark’s fall and are debating if they should enter the wormhole to return to their world Notunamet where it's said they could achieve immortality. A debate will begin...

*The debate has a series of possible answers that add or remove from a “score”
#speaking politely “It will be my greatest pleasure to take part in your debate…” +1
#Sir Valeran is there +1
#show Data Pad. +2
#pass INT 5 check +1
#know that you are Muud'ari and say so “I’m as Muud’ari as you are…” +1
#pass PER 5 check +1
#prove immortality is flawed (info acquired using Pointy Tool in Medical Bay) +3
#"This 'creature' is tired of your games..." -1
#"I admit I am not sure wether they are real or not." -1
#"You are putting too much faith in old texts..." -1
#"I am a mere human being that tries to save his own people..." -1
--Dialogue options “I don’t care, you’re all gonna die now. (Attack)” or “I am your death (Attack)” will pick a fight with the whole Forsaken.

*Depending on your score you will receive different outcomes.
#By achieving a score of 0-3, the Forsaken will cross the wormhole releasing the Horror which you have to fight against. You may receive Amarisa’s aid If you freed her and didn’t send her away.
#By achieving a score of 4-8 you win the debate. If so, the Magister will betrayal the vote of the council and cross the wormhole releasing the Horror anyway, but Lady Calenda will help you in fight. If Sir Valeran is alive, he will help you too.
#By achieving a score of 9-10, you also convince the Magister. This way, the Forsaken agree to part ways forever, never speaking of their ancient origins and mixing once more with humans. the wormhole remains sealed and you don't get to fight the Horror

*Endings:
#Good Ending: after defeating the Horror or winning the Magister’s favor, insert the Control Module in Main Computer triggering the launching sequece. You run out of the Ark in time to see the Escape Pod taking off at incredible speed. An explosion brighter than the sun marks the destruction of the Deep Gate, and you victory. Congratulations, you saved the world!
#Bad Ending: Flee using the elevator or choose to flee with Amarisa. You discover the Horrors are real while they feast on this damned world. This will end the game, making you restore from a save.
#Evil Ending: it requires, beforehand, to have chosen to kill the Flame Prophet in The Prodigal Daughter quest and have passed an Int 5 check in Tower of Tremadan in order to acquire info on your Muud’ari lineage being your Archmage grandfather a former Forsaken. It will add a new dialogue option with Sir Valeran in Dragon Coast. Later, in order to prove your loyalty, you will be asked to kill Amarisa in the lower deck and Lady Calenda in upper deck. So during the debate dialogue you will be given the option to join the Forsaken and cross the Deep Gate. This will end the game, making you restore from a save.
# Once 3 Fountains cleansed you can defeat the Vampire Elder and Dobros Storme
# Save Grissendas sister Eirenda to exit the dungeon and complete the quest
Walkthrough=A random encounter with Messenger with Grissenda as your companion will reveal that Grissenda's sister, Eirenda, is married to Baron Dobros Storme and requested her presence at Castle Storme. At Castle Storme, you will be let into the courtyard. This is your last chance to leave.

Talk to Captain Fendrick, who will let you in. Walk through the castle and talk to Dobros Storme, who will let you sleep. Here you have three options:
#Decline his hospitality, causing all guards to become immediately aggressive (Best option--no spawns)
#Accept, but fake sleeping, which will spawn 5 hostile guards around you
#Accept and sleep, healing you fully but dealing extra damage (Only use if you NEED to sleep)

In a room to the North, you can optionally fight Andrys Storme. He will spawn two Skeletal Champions and a Death Knight and seal the exit, trapping you in. He will drop nothing, so only kill him if you are well prepared and can spare the health.

In a room to the South, you will find Radia dead, who will give a vague clue about how to stop the vampires.

In a room to the Northeast, you will have to fight Captain Fendrick to get bye. He will spawn a poisonous cloud, much like Ancient Mummy. He will drop Maul of Disease, with Slow 1, which will be very useful later on.

The yard in the back is full of Beheaded One, weak enemies that will constantly respawn at a very fast pace. You cannot fight your way through them all, so you will have to sprint past. To the Northwest, there is a secret door that leads to Temple of Blood. Potion of Speed will help with this. Additionally, a corpse to the northeast has two Scroll: Turn Undead and Scroll of Detection.

You can optionally kill The Executioner for rumor boss loot, but this will be a tough fight as you will get swarmed quickly.

Once in the Temple of Blood, you will need to cleanse 3 Fountains. You must have either Intellect 3 or drink the blood and take some damage.

All Vampires are immortal until you clean the fountains. You have to run to each fountain and clean it while gaining a massive following of undead enemies. Potions of Speed are again helpful here; you can also wait until you're swarmed, use Scroll: Turn Undead, and sneak away. There are four secret doors that connect two passages, which will help you fight the swarm one at a time, but you might not have time to find them.

Once the fountains are clear, go to the middle room, which contains two Vampires, a few undead enemies, Dobros Storme, and Vampire Elder. You can lure the initial monsters separately, but you must fight Dobros Storme and Vampire Elder together. If you still have a Scroll: Turn Undead, you can stun Vampire Elder and pull Dobros Storme away. The cage with Eirenda will unlock once both are dead. Dobros Storme will drop Scimitar of the Wolf, and Vampire Elder will drop Ancient Tolassian Tome and rumor boss loot.

Talk to Eirenda, who will teleport you back to the entrance of Castle Storme. Talk to her again and Grissenda will gain 3 trait points and 3 skill points.

*The question of how best to farm Emeralds comes up a lot. Consider that about one in five Wyverns and Wyvern Whelps drop an Emerald. Only about one in ten Nests from Lambar Cave and Cave of Echoes have an Emerald, but you will also gain experience and collect Vorator Eggs, which are always useful. Finally, Mercian Royal Crypt contains eight Sarcophagi with around a 15% chance of containing an Emerald, which is again slower than killing Wyverns but will let you gain more gold.
## (Optional) Kill Andrys Storme
# Kill Captain Fendrick
# Past graveyard and The Executioner is a hidden door that leads to the Temple of Blood
## (Optional) Read book in room to the Northeast
# All Vampires will be invulnerable until 3 fountains are cleaned with fresh water (Requires INT 3 or reading the book)

You must have either Intellect 3, or read a book to the Northeast. The book will reveal that you need to clean the fountains with water.

Note: Completed on hard as a level 17 cleric by using 20,000 gold worth of consumables.
Random encounters are most frequently found on roads between cities.

The road from Rhöneis to Nivarian always has two random encounters, so if you are looking for a specific random encounter or want to boost your reputation with Varsilia by defeating the Vigilant Knight, follow this road, sleep in one town, then go the other way and sleep again.
Zalvarez0627https://www.exiledkingdoms.com/wiki/index.php?title=Altar_of_The_Three&diff=27319Altar of The Three2018-08-22T02:25:13Z
Zalvarez0627:

Shrines can be found in locations where The Three are venerated. Voluntary donations will lead to The Three opening your mind, increasing your ability to learn and gain xp. Priests located nearby shrines also often have quests available and some occasionally provide lore and information to pilgrims seeking knowledge regarding The Three. These priests will also heal you in exchange of a donation. Mages and Clerics can pray at shrines once per day to receive level * 2 mana points.

He needs 2 specimen of a plant known as Merple, which can be found in snowy areas near rivers not yet frozen over. Dansul informs you an area fitting this description lies just to the north, a short hike away.
:
Leave the tower and head north into the North Sagar Forest. Continue north, fighting off wolves until you reach the river. Follow the river towards the middle of the map to find a bridge that leads across to a snowy area. Cross the bridge and hold up. Something Dansul forgot to mention was that Merple is a favorite food of Wyvern Whelps. Consider saving and healing up before heading further east. There are four spawn points for the weed, all right next to the river. Decide whether you want to fight 2-3 whelps or just make a mad dash for the weeds and run back to the tower. Either way, hopefully two spawns are available and you won't have to come back for a second trip.
With the two samples in hand, return to Dansul. When asked about the whelps, he claims he knew you could handle it and no misleading was intended. As agreed, he rewards you with the Mystic Ring, a nice early ring for Clerics and Mages. You also gain experience and a bump in reputation with the Wizard's Guild.

** 5000 gold: 2500 XP
"You enter a trance of confusing dreams. You see a mighty wizard, reciting a powerful incantation. Today is the great day, the one he has been working towards for decades. He raises a hand to cast the spell, and then... his hand trembles. He turns his face away and sees his own reflection in a distant mirror; what he sees fills him with despair"
** 20,000 gold: 10,000 XP
"You enter a trance of confusing dreams. Your see a mighty fortified town, greater than New Garand or any other you know. Yet it is destroyed by dark winds, its walls ripped apart like if they were made of wet paper. The screams of thousands of voices wake you up from the vision."
** 50,000 gold: 20,000 XP
"You enter a trance of confusing dreams. You see the interior of a large tent, in which three men and one woman argue over a map. They speak proud and threatening words to each other and leave angrily. Outside, from the shadows of an endless labyrinth of tents, famished faces look at them with resignation."
** 100,000 gold: 30,000 XP and 1 Trait point
"You enter a trance of confusing dreams. You see a beautiful mountain range, a rich and plentiful green land. One night a wise minotaur king is gazing at the constellations when suddenly he witnesses a star falling from the skies, flattening mountains and leveling forests in a ball of fire. A dark mist begins to float from the crater, killing and corrupting anything it touches."
** 250,000 gold: 50,000 XP and 1 Skill point
"You enter a trance of confusing dreams. You fly over a vast land dotted with dark ruins. You recognize a large statue... the fabled Colossus of Anthur! This must be the old Empire. You see small war fleets disembarking at different costal towns over the years, raising different banners... seems like the Kingdoms are returning to Andoria at last. Adventurers from the Exiled Kingdoms flock to these new territories in search of ancient secrets and fortune, ignoring the many perils. But the vision of this 'sequel' ends abruptly and you return to the present game..."
You may reset your trait points, reset skill points, or forget all advanced skills for 2,000 gold the first time. The cost for resetting anything will increase all other costs by 4,000 gold each time. For example, resetting skill points will cost 2,000; then resetting trait points will cost 6,000; then resetting skill points again will cost 10,000.

*You can reset your companion's trait and skill points for 5,000 gold the first time and an additional 2,000 gold each time afterwards. Your companion will NOT forget their advanced skills by doing this.
Zalvarez0627https://www.exiledkingdoms.com/wiki/index.php?title=Trait&diff=27017Trait2018-08-04T02:08:38Z
Zalvarez0627:

Character traits are the building blocks of heroes. As players progress through the game, higher Intellect, Awareness, and Personality scores open up more conversation options in Quests. Some Skills have minimum trait requirements.
:
Some Equipment may provide trait bonuses. Armor bonuses of the same trait do not add up, instead the highest value is taken. A full list of the items providing these bonuses can be viewed in the Equipment List. Augmented traits are shown on the Character Sheet as bright green values.

Trait Scores and Points
Each level, a character gains two trait points (3 after level 15). Additional trait points can also be gained by reading the rare Ancient Tolassian Tomes. These trait points can be used to raise trait scores, that is, the actual amount of the trait your character has. See the following table to see how trait scores relate to trait point costs.

Trait Score
Trait Point Cost Starting From Score 0
1
1
2
1 + 2 = 3
3
1 + 2 + 3 = 6
4
10
5
15
6
21

For example, to gain an Endurance score of 3 (from a score of 0), you first have to purchase score 1 and score 2, so the total is 6 trait points spent.

Trait Descriptions
File:Endurance.png|link=Endurance|Endurance (END)
Health, resistance to pain and ability to carry on. This trait is what mostly defines your hit points, so it is essential to survive.
File:Agility.png|link=Agility|Agility (AGI)
Coordination, speed, balance, and manual dexterity. It is a versatile trait, useful in many areas.
Resetting trait points
*You can reset your character's traits and redistribute trait points by talking to Dirg Sweetblade, Sister Marie, Darema Brighthammer, or Mezimer. You may reset your trait points, reset skill points, or forget all advanced skills for 2,000 gold the first time. The cost for resetting anything will increase all other costs by 4,000 gold each time. For example, resetting trait points will cost 2,000; then resetting skill points will cost 6,000; then resetting trait points again will cost 10,000.

*You can reset your companion's trait and skill points for 5,000 gold the first time and an additional 2,000 gold each time afterwards. #Speak with Adaon about the orb.
#Search the New Garand Sewers for a fat man.
#Solve Butterfingers problem.
#Get the orb and return it to Janod.
Walkthrough=As soon as you approach Janod with Adaon as your current companion, he will confront the thief. Be confrontational back and Janod will attack; you will fail the quest and incur severe penalties to your Thuram and Wizard's Guild reputation. Instead, show respect and beg him to forgive Adaon. It seems when Adaon stole from Janod, he took a very important magic item, The Orb of Shadows. When you ask Adaon for it back, he informs you that he pawned it to some hooded man for some gold. Janod demands you return the orb or pay him 10,000 gold in retribution. Until then, your name is garbage in Thuram and with the Wizard's Guild.
:
Speak with Adaon about selling the orb, and he won't be able to give you much, only that it was in the sewers with a fat, little man. Travel back to New Garand with Adaon and enter the sewers from the southwestern entrance near the keep. Fight through the groups of rats as you head north. In the northwest corner, you will find Butterfingers and his shop. Adaon confirms this is the man he traded with and that no one ever likes him. Unfortunately, Butterfingers is having an issue in his storeroom and until it is resolved, he has no way of getting the orb for you.
:
Listen to his story, and agree to handle the thief. In exchange, you will gain the orb. Drag Adaon into the storeroom with you, and get ready for some fun. The rogue is not in great shape, and seems to be losing control of himself when he suddenly transforms into a werebeast that hits real hard. Potion of shielding goes a long way here. Inside the dead body you can find a Silver Dagger that deals extra damage to shape shifters. Killing the beast will earn you a reputation bump with the Seventh House, and access to the orb.
:
Returning the orb to Janod is the final part of this journey, so head back to Kingsbridge and do so. He will again trust you, and restore your good standing within the Wizards Guild and Thuram. Once again you have a solved an issue created entirely by Adaon and his shenanigans. You can also choose to pay Janod 10,000 gold at any point in time. Do so after retrieving the orb, and you will be able to keep the orb for possible uses later.

* Note: There is probably no known reason to keep the Orb for later use in the game. If you keep it, you will not be able to get rid of it since it has status of a quest item (i.e. it cannot be dropped or traded).
Backstory=Janod is a wizard from Thuram. Whilst taking care of business in Varsilia he was unfortunate as to team up with Adaon and get robbed by him whilst drunk. When the main character shares his story about also getting robbed by the same wretch, Janod sympathizes. But if the character turns up and is accompanied by Adaon, Janod becomes angry. You wouldn't like Janod when he's angry.
Situational=Once you go near him whilst accompanied by Adaon, he confronts you. If you are rational and polite he will give you a chance do right Adaon's wrongs. If you are disrespectful, he will attack, and probably beat you. No matter how you act, he will reduce your reputation with both Thuram and the Wizard's Guild by 40. By acting polite, you are given an easy way to restore your reputation: giving him 10,000 gold or The Orb of Shadows. If you attack him, you will have to give 10,000 gold and the orb to Conjurer (Icemist).
Description=Janod is a wronged wizard hanging out in Kingsbridge (City). He can be found just over the bridge, in the corner. He wears a blue ceremonial robe and is a very noticeable figure. He offers the quest A fair deal and sympathizes with your mutual muggings by Adaon. However if you have Adaon as a companion before you've completed A fair deal it will be impossible to complete as you will have to do A Mad Wizard after which he continues his travels.

You must have either Intellect 3, or read a book to the Northeast. The book will reveal that you need to clean the fountains with water.

All Vampires are immortal until you clean the fountains. You have to run to each fountain and clean it while gaining a massive following of undead enemies. Potions of Speed are again helpful here; you can also wait until you're swarmed, use Scroll: Turn Undead, and sneak away. There are four secret doors that connect two passages, which may make getting to the fountains easier, but you might not have time to find them.

Note: Completed on hard as a level 17 cleric by using 20,000 gold worth of consumables.
Walkthrough=Once you reach level 13, Beggar will approach you on roads and ask for money. You can give 50 gold, 100 gold, or nothing. No choice will result in reputation changes.

Once you have Adaon as your companion, Beggar will recognize him and tell him that Bagadar, Adaon's old caretaker, is imprisoned. Travel to Western Korne and you will be allowed into the prison with Adaon. Bagadar will reveal that he found a map to the treasure of Malan, and sold it to a noble named Aramas. Aramas died and Bagadar was imprisoned for murder, but he knows the map led to Eastern Korne.

Travel to Heart of Korne, a dungeon full of Ursan and Shaman. Be prepared to get swarmed, and remember that the Ursan can stun you with Bash. To the South, there is a cage with prisoners and a lever. Use the lever and talk to Prisoner to free them, granting +4 rep with Port Malan and Varsilia.

To the North, you will find the Throne Room, with a group of Ursan and the King of Korne. You will not receive unique loot from him, just rumor boss loot, so you may want to wait until later to kill him. From the throne room, go East and kill High Shaman. Next to the shrine in that room, there is a wall with a brick sticking out. Push it to unlock the path to The Observatory.

To the northeast, defeat another High Shaman and exit back to Eastern Korne. You can descend stairs to get to The Observatory. Note: You can teleport from Heart of Korne and Eastern Korne but not The Observatory. Make sure you are prepared before you go in!

In The Observatory, get close to the statue and Adaon will touch its palm, teleporting you further in and making it impossible to escape until the quest is complete. You will need to defeat about five Lesser Earth Elementals, two Iron Golems, and one Ancient Guardian. Additionally, in a room to the southeast, you can get 4 Scroll: Teleport and 4 Scroll of Detection from bookshelves.

To the Northeast, pick up Sir Aramas' Remains from a corpse. Then go to the main room to the north. The chest will contain Malan's treasure, listed below. There is also a book you can read, explaining that the telescope in the room is aimed at Andoria. Passing an Awareness 3 check will tell you the settings for the telescope: the direction Andoria is located (East) and the holiest number (11, associated with the imperial religion). Enter these into the telescope to learn that Andoria is not completely destroyed, the Horrors are gone, and it is inhabited. This will grant 10,000 xp. Entering the wrong settings will deal 200 shock damage.

Step on the glowing rune to leave The Observatory. You will always be able to go back, with any companion. Go back to the prison with Adaon and speak to Governor Todbir, who will take the remains and free Bagadar. Adaon will refuse Bagadar's offer of partnership, learn advanced skills, and gain 3 trait points and 3 skill points.
Walkthrough=The three dungeons involved in this quest--Sewer of Horrors, Icemist Underlevels, and Elemental Plane of Fire--have a large number of fire, ice, poison, and undead enemies. Devourers and Lich can paralyze you as well. Prepare yourself against all of these elements. Two greater rings for each element plus Greater Potion of Resist Cold and Greater Potion of Resist Fire from Trader Gilron is a good start. Bring your Thick Skin reward too.

Ark weapons are the best for this quest, because no enemies are healed by shock damage. Bring as many batteries as possible! You will go through them very quickly. Spirit weapons are a good backup.

Epic Omelettes and lots of healing will be needed. Summons will help, too, as will potions of speed and invisibility. Scrolls of Detection are essential!

1. Once you descend the stairs to Sewer of Horrors, go South. You will need to pass a number of high-level spike traps and defeat Mutant Rats, which are constantly respawning. Skip a door to the West, and go as far South as possible. Next, Giant Skeletons and death smoke will block your way East. Demilich will also paralyze you. At the end of the hall, flip the lever you see. You can optionally defeat Merzadan the Undying, or you can run away and hope he doesn't follow.

2. Go back West and go through the door. Go East and cross the bridge, which was just unlocked from Merzadan's lever. Follow the path through more rats and use the lever at the end. Then go back to the first door you passed.

3.1 You have two options here. This doorleads to a secret room with two runes. The rune to the right will teleport you a few meters away. The rune to the left will send you directly to Carrion Lord. Defeat him, then go West and defeat two more devourers. The next room to the West, with a number of bodies and bones, has an exit to the South. Go through this and flick a lever.

3.2 You may also follow the path to the North and defeat a couple more rats and some Mutant Devourers. Go East to find the room with the bones and flick the lever. Continue East and defeat the two devourers and Carrion Lord.

4. The room with the Carrion Lord contains a secret door with a lever. Use it.

5. Finally, to the South you will find a maze with an poison cloud and very many Animated Wastes. Equip as much poison resistance as possible--preferably 100+-- and a potion of speed. The Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast corners of the maze have levers. Flick all of them to take down the grate in the middle of the room. Step on the rune to be teleported to a safe area with a staircase to Icemist Underlevels.
Congratulations, you completed the easy part!

6. Descend to Icemist Underlevels. The first room will contain four Ice Elementals and two Insane Wizard (Blue). Kill them, then go through a door to the North. Defeat another elemental, then locate a secret door to the North. There are multiple spike traps in this hallway, so use a Scroll of Detection and keep your health up. Find Breno, who will tell you that you need to defeat Saradan the Fire Lord. Add Breno to your team--there's no reason not to, since he cannot die. You can also sleep for 12 hours, which will reset the area. This will overwrite your Inn save, so if you die, you will have to come back here or to another save slot.

Note: The Wizards can stun you.

7.1 Next, you must collect three Magical Ruby. The first is through a door directly East of Breno's secret entrance.
7.2. The Second ruby is located near The White King. Go West of Breno's hideout, then go through the door to the West. The ruby is located in a chest past two Insane Wizard (Blue) and The White King, so you can sprint past them, collect the ruby, and run away. However, The White King is easier than the Carrion Lord and Merzadan, and you have Breno, so you might as well kill him.
7.3 Finally, from Breno's hideout, go South, then West, then North to find the last ruby.

Note: At any point, go back to Sewer of Horrors to revive your companions. You can also sleep to revive them, but this will reset the area and make you fight enemies again.

8. Go back to the central room, then go South. You will have to beat a handful of Ancient Guardians one at a time. Go slowly or you will have to face multiple. Follow the hall West, where you will find a statue. Interact with it and use the three rubies to unlock the bridge to Saradan.

9. Cross the bridge and defeat three Fire Elementals and two Insane Wizard (Red). Go through the door, then turn East and defeat a Red Dragon and a Demon.

10. Go through the door down the Eastern hallway. Three Demons and a Fire Elemental guard Saradan. Fire Elementals will spawn slowly, so you may want to lure Saradan out of the room and fight him somewhere else. Kill him for +5 reputation with Thuram.

11. Enter the lava pool to get to Elemental Plane of Fire. This is the hard part. Equip ALL of the fire resistance you can--there's no such thing as too much. Go directly south until you see a river of fire. Cross it, then continue east until you see two rivers of fire. Follow the Westernmost stream until you see an opening in the trees; then follow the path past the Greater Demon and enter Basalt Castle. Find your way to the blue portal, which will send you to Deepfrost Glacier, completing the quest and granting +12 reputation with Thuram.

Note: Ignore all enemies here, especially on the river. The river of fire deals massive fire damage--hundreds per second--and getting trapped will get you killed. Also, Scroll: Summon Fire Elemental is very useful, as it is invincible. It will (hopefully) distract most of the nearby enemies.

Optional: Kill Greater Demon and Lord of the Pit for rumor boss loot, plus a Tome of Lost Wisdom from Lord of the Pit. This will be very hard to do, as elementals and demons will swarm you and both bosses will continuously heal. However, it will be even harder your second time through, as you will not have Breno to take or deal damage.

Congratulations, you saved the wolrd!
#Bad Ending: Flee using the elevator or choose to flee with Amarisa. You discover the Horrors are real while they feast on this damned world.
This will end the game.
#If you gave the men Silver Longswords you will have around 2 minutes to kill the Werewolf Leader before people start dieing. If not you only have around 15-20 seconds.
#Return to the The Warrior's Guild (Nivarian) and speak to Sergeant Morg. You will be rewarded based on how many soldiers survived the attack.
Walkthrough=*Start the quest by speaking to Sergeant Morg in the The Warrior's Guild (Nivarian). When asked about training opportunities he will reveal that he can only train member's of the Warrior's Guild as he needs to train reinforcements for a group in the Iross Highlands. Volunteer to help out and the quest will begin.

*Travel to Iross Highlands, preferably during the day when less Werewolves are around, and find the camp against the northern mountains. It is highly recommended to bring a silver weapon for yourself.

*Speak to Xerla and she will reveal the extent of her issues, and that she was expecting reinforcements of 6 warriors as well as builders to construct a stronger fort. Here you can immediately choose to camp with them for a few hours, immediately beginning the assault. However it is recommended to discuss the monsters they are facing. She will reveal that they are facing werewolves and her men are having difficulty harming them. She worries that a werewolf leader is gathering a group to assault the camp.

*Pass an Intellect 1 check and suggest that her issues might be due to not using silver weapons. She will confirm that her men are using regular swords. Volunteer to bring 3 Silver Longswords. Here you can ask for help purchasing the expensive swords by passing a Personality 2 check. She will contribute 2000 Gold, meaning you must pay 1000 of your own if you wish to. It is always an option to keep the gold for yourself, at no loss to reputation.

*Get one longsword from a corpse in Great Plains, one from a hidden sarcophagus in Gurguth Cave, and one from Sergeant Morg for 300 gold (free with PER 2), OR buy them for 1000 gold each in Fögas (City).

*During the ambush leave the defence to the group and head west. Infinite werewolves (level 12-13) will spawn besides all 3 entrances, one at a time. The only way to stop the assault is to kill the leader, Ahroun. You will find the pack leader a short distance west of the camp. Kill him quickly before the soldiers start to die.

*If you choose the equip the men with Silver Longswords they will be able to survive for around 2 minutes unassisted. If you didn't, they will start dieing after 15-20 seconds.

*After Ahroun is slain, all the werewolves instantly retreat. Return to the The Warrior's Guild (Nivarian) and speak to Sergeant Morg to collect your reward. He will reward you based on the number of survivors left at the camp, but will be willing to train you regardless of the losses incurred.
#Teleport to Deepfrost Glacier

Step on the rune to be teleported to a safe area with a staircase and a lever. Flick the lever to unlock a bridge connecting you to the hall from #2. This will make getting to Icemist Underlevels easier in the future (no devourers/elementals).

#Teleport to Deepfrost Glacier

Step on the rune to be teleported to a safe area with a staircase and a lever. Flick the lever to unlock a bridge connecting you to the hall from #2. This will make getting to Icemist Underlevels easier in the future (no devourers/elementals).

Note: Insane Wizard can stun you.

## (Optional) Speak with Radia
## (Optional) Speak with Andrys Storme
# Will wake to assassin's, and all guards will be hostile.

Note: Completed on hard as a level 17 cleric by using 20,000 gold worth of consumables.
