An electrifying elementalist who fronts the Grey Library.
Backstory
Twenty years ago the Grey Library lay in ruins and so King Danar the Second accepted a proposal from the Golden Hand, the guild would restore the building and the upper floor would be theirs for guild business, the lower floor would be a bibliotheca worthy of Mercia.
He is particularly interested in acquiring Tomes of Necromancy.

- if you are barred from The Grey Library due to a negative reputation with the reprehensible Golden Hand you can still fight your way in. All Grey Library quests and books will be available to you but the traders and merchants will flee.
