Though not as formidable as the tremendous dragons, even these smaller cousins are large and fearsome in their own right. Drakes and wyrms, relatives of of fire-breathing red or frost-bite white dragons, prefer to nest in caverns, be they lava pits or frozen tunnels. Wyverns, relatives of green dragons, prefer the outdoors making lairs in remote mountainous peaks. It is known goblinkind venerate drakes and seek to protect and nurture them.
Note that neither Drakes nor Wyverns are considered Beasts suggesting an inherent nobility.
