A group of bandits interrupting travellers on the street to collect their 'tax'. If you refuse or cannot pay up they will attack you. The group is Level dependent:
- Level 3-5: three Outlaws
- Level 4-6: one Chief, three Outlaws
- Level 7+: one Chief, two Archers
The amount they demand is the Level multiplied by 50. The dialogue is slightly different with an Outlaw Chief (only they talk about "tax") but the effect is the same.
Notes
- possible to trigger the chat beyond the range of their aggression, allowing you to sneak around them and avoid a fight without paying.
