The classic lycanthropy trope of European folklore, Werewolves, all of whom have the shapechanger attribute, are cursed humanoids who transform between a human form and ferocious lupine werewolf. Their homeland, such as it is, are rough villages in the forests of the Iross Highlands, though individuals can be found elsewhere. Being of large part wolf, and living in the brutal forests of the north, animals do not attack werewolves.

Most are Beasts so Beast Slayer Weapons will deal them extra damage, but there are exceptions. All very strongly resist physical damage from non-silver weapons, including skill, strength and level bonuses, so any of the Silver Weapons are advised.
