Important Note on Respawning
Objects in most areas (enemies, chests, traps, etc.) respawn after 12 in-game hours, which is 9 real-time minutes. If you travel through an Outdoors area, the corresponding timer keeps going even if you enter a Dungeon. Thus, it is common for monsters outside the Dungeon to respawn while you are in the Dungeon. This can make leaving a Dungeon dangerous if you are caught off-guard. However, no time passes while viewing your Character Sheet, which effectively pauses the game.
