Banquo is a boatman and drunkard, loitering in the port of New Anthur. But he is sober enough to give valuable clues on the whereabouts of Laertes during the quest The World is a Stage and represents the only way of getting to A Small Islet, provided that you have enough liquid arguments to persuade him.
