He had rose through the ranks slowly, always doing his duty but never enough to truly distinguish himself. When his attempts to stop the Seventh House from operating in his city only prompted further crime, he asked to be reassigned. He was put in charge of peaceful [[Lannegar (City)|Lannegar]] where he enjoyed far less taxing responsibilities. | |||

The current leader of troops stationed to guard Lannegar (City).
Backstory
Captain Whitewater was formerly the leader of the New Garand soldiers. He had rose through the ranks slowly, always doing his duty but never enough to truly distinguish himself. When his attempts to stop the Seventh House from operating in his city only prompted further crime, he asked to be reassigned. He was put in charge of peaceful Lannegar where he enjoyed far less taxing responsibilities.
