A sparkling elementalist who gatekeeps the City of Icemist.

Backstory

Few are permitted to enter the astonishing City of Icemist, Thuriams who belong to the Wizard's Guild, approved envoys from Ilmara, and immensely wealthy Varslian and Merican nobles who lavish fortunes to gawp-with-awe in the public halls or to be taught minor cantrips.

For a foreigner, or a commoner, or a foreign commoner, to enter these days would require several substantial services to the Wizard's Guild.
