This special toxic substance can only be obtained by Rogues during the quest Path of the Deer. You need to pass an Intellect 3 check when interacting with the Dark Pool in The Undergrove to fill up to four vials. This will inflict 120 Death damage on you each time.

This is a Limited item that can only be obtained a set amount of times.
