Description

Goblins are small, green creatures found mainly throughout the lands of Varsilia. There are of the first enemies the player comes in contact with, and are immediately aggressive to most humanoids presence. There are several kinds of goblins currently implemented, each differing from the others in abilities and overall combat strength. Goblins tend to band together, and often spawn in small groups of 2-4.

Variants

Goblin

The most basic of the goblin race, found around the Lannegar Valley. They use a Goblin flesh-cutter as weapons, reviling that they are of rogue class. Whilst only level 2, they are extremely dangerous to new players, and even more seasoned ones when in packs. The player needs to kill 5 of these for one of their first quests, which is highly recommended.

Goblin Warrior

A more trained goblin that tends to be substantially hardier and higher level than their normal goblin cousins. They seem to use a spear as a weapon, that cannot be dropped. Unlike the Goblin Spearman, they do not throw their spear, but thrust it at his foe.

Goblin Sergeant

Leads other goblins into battle.

Goblin Spearman

Built much like the warrior, these goblins share many of the characteristics. However, they will throw their spears within their aggro range. They become increasingly tricky to escape or fight due to this, and the travel speed of their spears makes them difficult to dodge. They have the occasional capability of throwing spears through walls, which makes them very dangerous to new heroes.

Goblin Firedancer
