The wonderous City of Icemist is the majestic heart of Thuram, an entire palatial city lurking beneath the frozen estuary of Icemist Fjord. Immense spires jut from the ice, an all-but impossible construction and the pinnacle of an bygone era, fabricated by Imperial Arch-Mages centuries before The Exile. It is much older than any other habitation in Varannar, other than the first landing site on the Steel Coast that became the port-town of New Anthur.
Not everyone is welcome.
