Lore

This is the first location where the Old Imperial explorers landed when they discovered the Isle of Varannar. Generations later, a portion of refugees fleeing the mythical Horrors on the continent of Andoria arrived here, unknowningly following in the footsteps of their forefathers. It has, since that time, been known as the Imperial Coast. Although, most would say that Smuggler's Coast or Bandit's Cove might be more acurate becuase of the high volume of illict activites that take place here now. The King of Varsilia often sends troops to patrol the area, but they rarely find more than hastly abandonded bandit camps and packs of wild wolves running through the extensive forests.

There is a bridge crossing the Fenris River allowing travelers to continue on towards Port Malan and the Korne Forest. While it does not occur often, Loreseekers and Rangers on assignment to the area have advised that there have been occasional Minotaur sightings on the eastern banks of this river for some unknown reason. Those sorts of beasts are normally found to the northwest in hillier terain.
