Guild Factions

Joining A Guild

Players may join one of the four guilds (even though only two are formally called "guilds") out of several options. Any class can join the Seventh House or the Warrior's Guild, but only a Cleric can join the church of The Three and only a Mage can join the Wizard's Guild.

Each guild has it's own preconditions for joining, click the banners to find out individual requirements, but once a decision has been made your player is sworn to the Loyalty Oath.

A Loyalty Oath, once sworn may NEVER be undone for ANY reason. It is permanent, so choose carefully!

The advantages of joining a guild are:

  • Free sleep in guild-house beds
  • Access to guild-only Advanced Skills
  • Access to guild-only
  • Mages also get access to Mage Vaults in Enclave towers

NOTE: for the most part players will gain most advantage from joining their class-specific guild (rogues to the Seventh House, mages to the Wizard's Guild, fighters to the Warrior's Guild) but a notable exception are Clerics. They certainly can benefit immensely from joining their Church, but more combat-minded players will find great advantage and synergy in joining the Warrior's Guild. These characters are sometimes thought of as "Paladins" by players but that is not an official in-game term.
