Backstory
He is first seen in Magistrate Steinz's House as a man in black pretending to be Magistrate Odo Steinz that lures you to be trapped in Unknown Dungeon. Later, by completing the quest A Key to the Past, you are informed by Ghostly Figure that the man in black is actually the Magister Idemnus, leader of the Forsaken and his objective is to open the Deep Gate what makes of him your enemy. The Magister sends sir Valeran to ambush you in Dragon Coast, but the Thuramian Knight makes it clear he thinks low of the Forsaken leader. You will meet The Magister again in Ark of Lothasan (Upper Deck) presiding over a debate between his peers.
