A thieves' guild, strong in both Varsilia and Mercia, and in particular in the big towns. The authorities have tried to shut it down, but they're always a step ahead.
Seventh House in New Garand's Sewers
The Seventh House has a location in New Garand Sewers underneath New Garand (City). To gain access, the player must complete the quest Welcome to the House. Inside the hall there is a small barracks, the boss' office, and some trainers. There are two skills that Glarium of Seventh House is willing to train to those who are cunning enough to find the guild (only available to Rogues and Warriors): Precision Shots and Rapid Fire. For those who choose to join the Seventh House as a fully fledged member by completing Smugglers in the Night, two more skills are available from Kardagis: Assassinate and Poison Master. There is also a trainer (Dirg Sweetblade) who will reset your Traits or Skills for a price that increases each time.
