You will get this quest at around level 12 or 13. HOWEVER, I HIGHLY recommend that you wait until you are a MUCH higher level as once you enter Castle Storme there will be an incredible number of enemies to face as well as a number of very powerful bosses. This quest must be handled when you are very well prepared and fully ready to fight many strong enemies.
