There is an awareness 3 check when you go to Dorphis Greyrune's Manor to avoid the initial trap.

Ok, so I tried to do this myself, but it apparently messed some things up. For one it didn't properly show up in the table, instead being a broken piece at the very top. And for two it apparently also showed up in that broken state in a bunch of Deepfrost Glacier related pages, which was odd. Someone more experienced than me should probably do this instead.
