-Once inside head left down the hall after the archer turrets.  After hall turns right go straight until you run into a door.  There are 2 cells and both say they are [[Zenmo]].  You can ask them who is the Armorer of freetown.  North cage gets it wrong, after opening south cage and freeing the real Zenmo the other cages lever is stuck.  Return Zenmo to Freetown for your reward
