This is my being driven insane by Justice From Above
Anyway was able to make it near the top of the port's walls (but impossible to walk across the top of the wall). Managed to get myself stuck here. There are multiple areas to get stuck behind here but if the gap shown in image number 1 were closed off properly then the whole area should be inaccessible to begin with.
Pink squiggly lines trace a path I walked to reach next area.
